HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific packaging instructions for our international processing center.
Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in clean condition and securely packed (preferably in original packaging) to prevent damage during transit.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
